My husband and I have been making Rainbow King a weekly date night. We love this place! Our first two visits were challenging as it took almost an hour to get our sushi but our waiters were very transparent about the wait and sympathetic. Also, the sushi is undeniably amazing. All of our other visits have been quick and easy. All the rolls are very well priced and we are so happy with the amount of fish in each roll. We have some favorite rolls that we always get but will mix in a few news ones to try. There are three waiters that we see every visit, Daren, Mikey and Luke they are fabulous. Incredibly nice and attentive. This place is a hidden gem in Harford county wish we found it sooner!
The food was tasty overall. However, the sauce in the Triple Triple Delight was a bit too thick, and there was an excessive amount of broccoli and onions, but it was still enjoyable. I've had the Lo Mein before and plan to take some for lunch tomorrow. The chicken in the Yakitori Chicken (2 pieces) was good, but I found it overpriced at around $4.00 per skewer, which only had four medium-sized pieces of chicken. We've also tried the Shrimp Egg Rolls (2 pieces) and Crab Rangoon (6 pieces) before; the Rangoon was excellent, and I’m saving the egg rolls for tomorrow.
Found another great sushi and roll restaurant in Bel Air. Extremely good food and service. When you show up during busy times you might have the initial impression that you will be waiting for a while due to the handful of staff multitasking to keep up with the number of customers, but they do a pretty surprising job of keeping up. Mikey is exceptionally attentive to his customers. Definitely worth a try.
Every time I return, I discover a new dish to adore! So far, I've tried the gyoza, tonkatsu ramen, rainbow roll sushi, and shrimp hibachi, and everything has been delicious and quickly prepared. The portion sizes are just right for the prices. Additionally, the staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly; you instantly feel at home at Rainbow King. I'm officially hooked!

My wife and I decided to try this restaurant based on a friend's recommendation, and we were certainly pleased! From the moment we were seated, our server was attentive and friendly without being overbearing. The food was fantastic, and the presentation was impressive. If you're having sushi, I highly recommend trying the dinosaur eggs!
This hidden high-end ramen spot is a true find—especially since you can get it delivered! It's a genuine diamond in the rough, offering luxurious ramen flavors that exceed expectations. Honestly, it makes Akira Ramen look mediocre in comparison! The quality is incredible! It's absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend it!
A lot of their items are hit or miss IMO. Hunan beef is a no go. The raw sushi I ordered once was fishy (not willing to try again). HOWEVER, theres reasons to come here, for me. Pearl River roll is on point. And the hot and sour soup is some of the best Ive had in a long time.
The Bacon Shrimp Scallops (6 pieces) were on the small side for $10.95. The Shrimp Egg Rolls (2 pieces) were a decent size but a bit greasy and could have used more draining. It was my first time trying the Karaage, and it was quite tasty with the dipping sauce.

The Spicy Tuna Roll was amazing. The shrimp egg rolls, which actually contained shrimp, and the seaweed salad were both fantastic. Everything we’ve ordered from this place has been delicious!
