Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I work in the food service industry, so I understand how things can sometimes go wrong. However, I've visited this restaurant many times and have never had such a disappointing experience. I ordered a Canadian combo with a sweet tea, and I asked to substitute my mother-in-law’s drink for an additional Texas toast. When my order arrived, I was really let down. I spent $15 and received only 5 wings instead of 6, cold fries, a slaw that I didn’t order, and just one sauce instead of the two that were supposed to come with the combo. I typically don't like to complain, but my entire order was incorrect. Nearly everything was wrong.

My wife left her wallet in this restaurant on Saturday, while we were on a trip with our class we were not aware it until almost midnight at night when we came home. We live 2 1/2 hours away the staff was so courteous! They sent the wallet back to us on Tuesday kept us informed throughout the process! The food was good for the case that you were? I wonder! For us, the customer service does or breaks a business of this place really impressed us both while we were there!

I was in several canoes in the local area. He was disappointing. Service was great, but the food was substandards. Many of our chicken fingers were short (almost half the size of the others). The pommes were cold and bland, the toast was also cold. I'm not back to this place.

The restaurant is usually is good condition. Sometimes they do get busy and attention to detail can suffer. The customer service is always friendly. The bathroom was clean. The chicken is made to order and served fresh. They only have the 2 sauces, but they are made in house. Reserva una mesa ahora

FIX THE LIDS. They are NOT secure! I remember firmly pressing the lids onto the tops multiple times to make sure it was on correctly and securely, because I had this problem last time. The lid STILL popped off and got all over my car.. It?s a simple fix. Please fix

Our food was served hot and delicious! The lemonade was excellent, and the Cane's sauce made everything even better. Even after the drive home, everything remained warm and tasted amazing. Cane's truly has the best chicken fingers anywhere!

Which is because the journey was long, the service was very friendly and simply positive overall. Not what one would normally expect from a fast food type, but it was a breath in fresh air. Based on this, we will go back sooner than later.

I absolutely love this place! There was an older lady at the window—I'm pretty sure her name was Dom. She chatted with me while I waited and even called me by my name. It made the experience feel so personal! Reserva una mesa ahora
