Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

This place does not care about children or services. I ordered children's dishes, and I paid a debit card on it. The card was rejected. I checked my bank account there on window #1, my account was fine. The map was good. The young employee just looked at me and I asked if a receipt was printed out when she went back. So I said, okay just cancel the order. I went three minutes later over the road to Chick-fil-A and the same card worked in her car -thru. The lady said no problem here. I and my kids feel like we can't trust Raisin Canes for good service, and it's losing it?s #1 in my household. Thanks to Chick-fil-A for card readers who work and always 150% better service and food than Raisin C...

Tried ordering a tailgate for my team members. They changed prices between when I got a quote for it and the day of (two days). Not a big deal in it of itself, I get that prices have to go up. The issue was that when I called in to ask about it, I was told to call back at 10 when the manager would be in. The manager I spoke to was rude, short, and didn?t even listen to anything I had to say before telling me that there was nothing she would do. I wasn?t even asking for a discount, I was just searching for clarification in a $40 price difference. Definitely not giving my professional or personal business to them again.

Super fast service and excellent staff. Clean and new storage and fast drive thru. Crispy Pommes and juicy chicken. Toast and Schwieger complement the meal nicely. Get an Arnold Palmer, half-limonade half-unsweet tea. Fast and delicious
