The first time I reviewed this Bel Air location was 9 years ago and I literally think it's been 9 years since I set foot back in this store due to its lack of proximity to my house. Well, over the weekend, my family and I were in the area and stopped by Bel Air. Not much changed since 9 years ago when I first reviewed them--man, does their customer service rock! All the employees there are just SO FREAKIN' NICE and genuine. We have a Raley's close to us and it's a far cry from the warmth I feel at this Bel Air! Safety isn 't everything if you are getting ripped off. BUYER BEWARE! Don 't get distracted by the checker and bag people while they ring up the wrong price. Barcodes don 't match advertised prices on many items. They know it and hope you don 't notice. I won 't go there unless its an emergency anymore since I get ripped off every time I enter the place. I have been proactive not to get caught up in the distracting conversation while checking out. Its as if they are distracting you from noticing they aren 't ringing up the prices you think you are paying. It 's hard to keep up if purchasing a whole cart of goods. I visit this Bel Air as a special treat for myself. The service is exceptional, and I appreciate the checkout process. I especially enjoy purchasing salmon here because if they don’t have the right size pieces, they will gladly cut them for you. They also offer a variety of specialty items. This store is definitely one of my go-to places for grocery shopping. I also shop at Safeway, Trader Joe's, Target, and Viva, and I usually have a good sense of where to find the best deals for what I need. Bel Air consistently delivers a great experience.

This store has really declined over the years. We've been shopping here for over 20 years, but the quality has noticeably worsened. The produce is either lacking or not fresh. I even found ground beef that was two weeks past its expiration date. I contacted customer service and requested a callback, but I never heard back from anyone. I called to ask if the had product the guy who answered the phone said the guys a lunch that runs that dept he'll be back in 45 min. And he said he doesn't have enough people to look for item. So I called Safeway and they check had product so now I'm spending my 300 bucks at Safeway!!!

I had the Good Fortune to interact with David at the bakery today. He was so helpful and professional. He knows his stuff and he helped me be a little more creative than I normally would have pulled off. Anyhow he's a great employee and a true asset to your business.

Ordered a graduation cake to be picked up 9:00am Sunday. They said they would prepare it the day before to have it ready to be picked up. When we went to pick it up, we were informed there was no cake order!! Unbelievable! Never gonna use this bakery again!

The staff is always very friendly and the store is clean and organized. Open until 11pm which is late for a grocery store and a plus when I need to run in and grab something and other places are closed. Can be a bit pricey but there are often good deals. Reserva una mesa ahora
