I couldn’t check my order properly because they kept coming out every 10 minutes with different updates. I had placed a mobile order, went to the pickup window, and ended up waiting about 13 minutes for my order. When I asked, the same employee told me the system was down and to come back in 10 minutes. I had already been charged for my order, which I placed 15 minutes before arriving, but when I went back, they still didn’t have it. I want a refund of $14.96 because I was charged. The food was horrible, not hot, they never have ice cream,(it makes me think they just don't want to clean out the ice cream machine every night so they just don't serve it. The employees are rude and unfriendly. It seems like all of the Rallys are like this anymore. And then they always seem to be on shift change and can't take no orders while this happens. I've said to them before that I can just wait in the parking lot till the finish but they get very mad when I say this and then they proceed to tell me that I am NOT allowed to wait in the drive thru line and get pretty irritate with me that I am choosing to wait for them to get finished. It's like they all hate there job.
the front doors are closed. they need to order online. take off the window. the online menu is not exactly what the load has, so they need to take and customize the entire American cheese burger online website. food amazing 10/10 the fact that the place looks abandoned. is very negatiw. there was a beautiful lady who worked there on her break that helped me step by step. So I mean terrible buildings and ambiente. big customer service and eating for the first time rallye would be a 1 star for the fact that the place is decripit and jagd. but their great demon and eating saved it
The car ahead of us chose to place their order at the window instead of at the speaker. I wish older customers would understand that this can really disrupt the drive-thru process, causing other people's orders to get prepared and bagged while I wait for my food to be served hot. It's frustrating. At least the staff member apologized when we got to the window and recognized that it "messed up the flow," as he put it. The food itself was good, but the wait was definitely lengthy.

I really love Rally's, but I'm glad the one in Hamilton closed down. Now, though, I have to drive 18 miles to get my Rally's fix. Honestly, I probably wouldn't have eaten there anyway based on what I experienced with my food; that location just couldn't seem to hire good workers.
It's always something with this rallys late at night its always shift change wait 15 mins than you go thru again. And its only door dash orders now and they have attitude constantly!!!! This rallys needs to be shut down!!!!! If you hate your job that bad quit!!
So far, their food is amazing! I'm really enjoying the fries, and my drink is nice and strong, just the way I like it. A big thank you to the wonderful staff at Rally's tonight—you all did an incredible job!
The order was accurate, fresh, and delicious. It was great to see, especially after receiving the wrong drink during my last visit. Thank you!

The fish was excellent, and my sister really enjoyed the rally burger. At only $4.00, it was a fantastic deal for us.
This is the worst Rally's location. They consistently mess up orders and often forget entire items.
