We come thru tonight after wrapping up some Christmas Eve presents to get a quick bite about an hour before rally’s closes. I order a chicken bites box and quite literally ever single piece of chicken in my box is rock hard. I ask for a large water with extra ice and there’s quite literally almost no ice in it at all and it came out the window the second after we pull up when we were the only car in the line. My fiancé orders a baconzilla double sandwich meal, gets his sandwich as a triple, with absolutely none of the cheese sauce or ketchup, and has soggy lettuce on it. I drove through the drive-thru around 10:30 and it seemed like there was nobody there. I then drove up to the window to confirm that they were closed and there was still no one inside. The lights were on in the building and there were cars in the parking lot. It's disappointing to see that there may be many people in need of a job here.
I really enjoy RALLYS. Their fries are always delicious, and the funnel cake fries are amazing. I appreciate that they offer strawberry Fanta as well, which is not common at many fast food restaurants. I highly recommend this place, and this particular location provides excellent service to customers.
I ordered a Big Buford combo, but they completely forgot the fries. By the time I got home, my burger was already at room temperature, and I only live about 10 minutes away from the restaurant. I reached out to corporate via email, but they completely ignored me. I'm done with this company.

rallys eating, especially the big buford is excellent! the pricing of their articles, the art and wise as they have their articles with the accuracy of any adaption and packaging, plus the friendliness of their employees. now, rally’s has become my favorite fast food resource!
The staff is very nice and professional. Order is always correct. My issue is the food usually makes me sick. Never had this issue anywhere else. Idk if they need to do some major cleaning or what.
