Things have really changed over the last thirty years. For example, when you order a hamburger—whether it's a double cheeseburger or a plain one—if you don't clearly specify your preferences to the employee, most fast-food restaurants will serve it to you without any toppings unless you explicitly request them. However, Rally's surprised me by delivering my cheeseburger with all the toppings included, which I found impressive.
**Update:** The staff has improved significantly. The food is much better, and the restaurant has a pleasant aroma now. For a while, it had an unpleasant smell of old oil, which is not ideal for a newer establishment. Fortunately, they seem to have addressed that issue, and the current team is fantastic and friendly.

I've never had a bad experience there. The staff usually seems friendly and courteous.
Service was freindly but the food was old and not very good. Fries were hard and cold.
The employee appeared slightly rude, but it wasn't too serious. The service was quick.
