Ralph's Famous Italian Ice

Had hair in our ices. Completely disgusting !!. Went there to get a pint of mango, the mixed looking girl with the black hair gave me attitude when I told her there was hair in my ice. When I gave it back, she acted like she was making another one. After she gave it to me and I drove off, I realized that the same ice she gave me the first time was the same one that had the hair in it. It was obvious that she just scooped the hair out and gave it back to me. I was in a rush so I couldn?t go back to get a refund. I will be calling to speak to a manager to make a complaint!!!. Never going back there again nor will I recommend anyone else to go !.. I?ll stick with bonanzas stand. Stay away from...

I have been coming here for years with the kids. Recently the service hasnt been good. Wrong orders, ices mixed with flavors you didnt order. Recently my daughter ordered a watermelon ice that tasted like soap...inedible. Of course your on your way home when you find out that you didnt get what you ordered. In my opinion thats all the more reason that they should ensure the order is correct. I hope this is just getting back to business after the lock down and not the current standard at a once great place to take your kids.

Every since switching from Ralphs, this place has been amazing. The flavors are perfect and taste so much better than the other store. Ive been coming to this location for years and ULG is the best decision they made. The new management is so kind and helped my child out with her peanut allergies. This store is outstanding. All reviews older than the past 2 months i believe correspond with Ralphs, so please give ULG a try for yourself

Omg the big Louie Blue tasted like a piece of heaven! The owners are so warm and welcoming, the flavor choices are unbelievable and the place is Immaculate! What a pleasant treat this place is, we will definitely be back for more! Way better than Ralph?s!

The new management has made a huge difference in service. The staff was super friendly and helpful, even gave recommendations for what flavors to order. The cookie sundae was AMAZING! We will definitely be back!
