Ralph's Famous Italian Ice

Fun stop! I 've seen a bunch of Italian ice signs around, and it 's not something that AZ has a ton of. I 'm glad I chose this over DQ today. The young ladies were helpful and patient, as has been my experience here on LI. I was glad there wasn 't a line behind me. There 's an arrow on the door that points you to the serving window, so I 'm not sure if the lobby is open or not. I had a twister, or ice cream/ice/ice cream on top. In the larger cup you can get 2 or 3 flavors of ice--and there are about a million flavors to choose from. I had 2 water-based ices (there are also creamy ices), and the flavor and texture were on point. The ice cream in this case was soft serve, and had a very cream...

I often visit this restaurant and usually have a positive experience. However, after my visit last night, I've made the decision not to return and will be searching for a new place to eat. I ordered four different dishes, but one of them had noticeable freezer burn, which affected its flavor. When I quickly took it back to the counter to explain the problem, the manager simply stated there was nothing they could do and that I would need to purchase a new one. I've never experienced such poor customer service at this location before, and because of this incident, I will not be coming back. They've lost a loyal customer over a six-dollar issue.

I feel fortunate to live just a few minutes away from this restaurant, as they consistently provide excellent service. The staff always greets me with a smile. Their ice is fantastic, and my top two flavors are rainbow and cookie monster. Whenever I order the biggest rainbow squeeze cup they can prepare, they take it on as a fun challenge. Take a look at the photos, lol. I truly enjoy Ralph's!

I?m from Dallas. Never had anything like this. We have Blue Bell. This place is so awesome. I?ve been 4 times now. It?s like if soft serve and and a snow cone went on a date and made a baby called Italian ice. The orange and cream is legit. The only flavor I?ve tried?.. 4 times. Come to Dallas Ralph?s! Love Ralph's and the owner here, who has two stores, is a really great guy and seems to treat his employees well, and that's a big deal for me fresh ice cream and Italian ices. The acai bowls are delicious. Try it you'll always go back

It's been a while since I visited a Ralph's and I have to say I was surprised at the vast menu! Great ice cream (hard and soft serve), shakes, acai bowls, and ice selections. Employees are nice and attentive. Place is clean.

A perfect place for families to indulge their ice cream desires. The service is walk-up only, but there are a few tables and chairs available for those who want to relax and enjoy their treats.
