The doughnados at this place are absolutely phenomenal! I’m a huge fan of the cake batter cookie dough—they're simply amazing! Although I usually lean towards chocolate, the vanilla custard they serve is incredibly tasty as well. However, I was a bit disappointed today when I ordered my favorite birthday cake doughnado. The staff member gave me a really tiny scoop of cookie dough, which was a letdown. I also tried the twister with chocolate custard and peanut butter cookie dough cream ice. It was enjoyable, but it didn't quite measure up to the doughnado. The peanut butter cookie dough cream ice was good, but not exceptional. No, all ice cream and water ice is NOT created equal... and Ralph's proves that. Delicious ice cream, even the no sugar added is delish. I'm a huge fan of lemon ice, and Ralph's is great! Everything tastes so fresh! Service every single time was polite and helpful. Price is very good for the quantity. Ralph's is a must!

Hooray! There’s an amazing ice cream shop in downtown. Ralph offers an incredible variety of ice cream, sunflower flavors, Italian ice, and some unique (and delicious) smoothies. With a wonderfully friendly team serving you, this place is a must-visit. Expect plenty of delicious treats!

Best Italian Ice you can get. Tons of flavors to choose from. Love the watermelon twist with vanilla custard. My wife loves to get the Jelly roll ice cause she had it as a kid growing up down the block from the Ralph’s Ice in Staten Island. Reserva una mesa ahora

I absolutely love Ralph's Italian Ice! I enjoyed it in Staten Island and also when they were located on Route 9 in Marlboro. They have the best flavors, and it's so delicious. I really wish they would open a location closer to Manalapan!
