This restaurant experience was incredibly disappointing. I asked for a different lid for my son's ice cream, but the employee at the counter informed me that they only use specific lids for their soft serve. I couldn't believe it—it's just a lid! Instead, he had the nerve to put a paper towel over my son's blue raspberry ice cream, place it in a white bag, and send it out to go. It was a truly frustrating situation! The customer service was terrible, and the staff was quite rude. Thankfully, my child enjoys this place, otherwise I would never consider coming back. I'm absolutely shocked by this experience.
I have a lot to unpack. Me and my friends came at 9:55 when it closes at 10 and we apologized when we went in and said we 're sorry we came so close to when they were closing. We said Sorry we came so late we know you 're closing soon and all she responded with was yeah and she didn 't take our order. Meanwhile her friends were in the making tik toks with no masks on too. Horrible experience/ customer service.
This Ralph's tends to close about 20 minutes earlier than scheduled. There was one occasion when I arrived, and they had already closed, even though they were supposed to be open for another 15 minutes. The employee inside was clearly ignoring us while we waited outside to be let in.

The Italian ices at Ralph's are delicious! Welcomed on a hot day or any other. And while they have a wide selection of amazing flavors, the Cherry is just as good as it was when I was a kid.
I believe it's quite pricey, but it's worth treating yourself to every now and then. Be sure to sample a few options before deciding on the one you want!

The graham cracker dessert is incredible—definitely a must-try! The restaurant itself was clean, and the owner was very friendly.
