We were genuinely impressed by the ambiance and overall quality at Ralph's! The manager introduced himself and was extremely friendly and helpful in guiding us with our flavor selections. The sour cherry twister, blue Hawaiian twister, and peanut butter twister were all delightful. Dining outside made for an enjoyable Saturday night! We're very pleased that we chose to visit this restaurant and will definitely return.
I have visited this chain at various locations and have consistently enjoyed their fresh ice cream and sorbets! The service was prompt, especially considering the high volume of customers they attract at each site. The staff was friendly and courteous.
The ice cream is fantastic, but they should be more transparent about the additional fees. I wasn't informed until later that there was a 3% charge for using a credit card, and charging for covers for the ice cream? That seems unnecessary!

The portion sizes here are really disappointing—they only offer about half a scoop! The ice cream itself is delicious, but the serving sizes are definitely lacking.
