I've been visiting Ralph's in Whitestone since it first opened, and I can confidently say it's the best place for ices I've ever experienced. I purchase two quarts every week! What sets Ralph's apart is the owner, Marybeth, who treats every customer like family. She genuinely cares about your well-being and asks about your health and family. The only downside is that they close for the winter! Love you, Marybeth!
There’s no other place in all of NYC that my family prefers for Italian ices. The staff is always welcoming and friendly, and their selection of ices is unparalleled and absolutely delicious. If you’re not in the mood for ices, they offer a wide range of fantastic milkshakes and sundaes as well. As long as I’m a New Yorker, Ralph’s will remain a cherished spot for my family.
Ralph's of Whitestone is undoubtedly our favorite spot for ices, ice cream, and other treats during the warmer months. The owner and staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the variety of options is impressive, and we always feel sad when it closes for winter each year!
Always a 10/10 between the taste and the customer service. The girls ate always very nice and patient when trying to decide which flavor out of the overwhelming amount. Just ask for a sample if you aren't sure on a flavor. They also have ice cream and soft serve. Reserva una mesa ahora
The ice creams and frozen treats are always fresh and delicious. However, I ordered through Uber Eats and they forgot one item from my order, which I find unacceptable since I only ordered four items in total.
I have been to many of their locations, always tasted amazing! The service at this location is the best, so friendly and welcoming (even right before closing ! : I’ll be back
