Extremely disappointed in my food and the customer service. All they sent me was an apology and that they’d speak to the employees about it. No refund, no discount, nothing. I ordered double grilled chicken and clicked more on the lettuce, tomato, onion, spinach, and this is what I received. As great of food subway is, I’m heavily contemplating returning to its franchise again since the employees short change food instructions and the customer service will not look out for you.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. They didn 't have my sandwich but refused to cancel my order. Then tried to say they threw the receipt away whena asked for it so they wouldn 't get a bad review. Messed up a bunch of stuff on my order and when I wrote in to let them know how bad it was I got a useless sorry email from the manager. Avoid at all costs. Go to the one on Tremont if near by.
This restaurant is excellent with wonderful staff who provide friendly and exceptional customer service. We appreciate their efforts. The parking lot has plenty of spaces, making it convenient for customers. Thank you.
Unprofessional! Terrible service i wanted 45 mins for a mobile order mind you the older lady behind the counter has a nasty attitude i ask for a manager and she says she doesn’t have one. Never returning to this Reserva una mesa ahora
