We’re staying overnite at the city’s RV park and found this gem of a restaurant before we parked. The brisket was fantastic, no knife required, and the sausage was great, too. The slice of white bread made me long for the original Dreamland in Tuscaloosa.Along with the two sides were raw onions and jalapeños. And I gotta know whose grandmother’s banana pudding recipe that was.It was cold and windy and the kind young lady who took our order invited us to pull our Airstream around in back of their place and she’d bring it out to us. The sliced brisket sammiche with all the fixens was the bomb dot comb. Definitely I'll be making frequent stops and try the rest of the menu items.
