Thatcher Mcghee's Pompton Lakes

Been here a couple of times, it's a standard Irish pub type place, so you can always get a consistent Guinness, but their food hasn't wowed me much. Order came out incorrect last visit got chicken fingers instead of boneless wings, but not a huge difference so didn't press it. The fish sandwich is pretty good, a large portion, and a decent price (for dining out these days, at least).

Food is fair to good but it's very crowded. We only had salads. I had the goat cheese salad which was good but the restaurant in Denville makes it much better. What you get here is comfort, fatty foods..burgers, fries, sandwiches. The entrées are good.

Always love going here! Their food is very good and they created a really nice permanent outdoor seating area. We will always come back for more!!

Great Irish Pub! I love the beef stew, can't stay away from it! The chicken curry is delish!
