The staff at this restaurant are exceptionally polite and welcoming, regardless of how many times I come back. As someone with a disability and breathing difficulties, I greatly appreciate their efforts to accommodate my needs. They always deliver my food to the table and offer to assist me with my car. I’m also thankful for the military discount they provide, as many places do not honor veterans. Although I can only visit occasionally due to my health, I am always treated with kindness and respect. Over the years, I have noticed that their commitment to excellent customer service has never wavered.
Raouche is one of the authentic tasting Lebanese restaurant. It offers dine in and take away. The place was very clean , well kept with lots of natural light, the tables were spaced out nicely. We ordered 2 Chicken shawarma sandwiches with fries , a beef shawarma sandwich, Falafel plate and cheese pie. The sandwiches were a good size and tasted great.. we liked Chicken a lot better. There were 5 Falafel in the plate and they were crispy and fresh served with tahini sauce. The
Let me be straightforward: if it weren’t for the poor service, I would have rated Raouche Cafe 4 stars for the quality of the food. However, the service deserves only 1 star. It was after 1 pm on a weekday, and after being seated, we were ignored for a long time. I had to get a server’s attention just to place our order. The spinach pie appetizer was served cold; from the first bite, it was clear it had been taken directly from the refrigerator to the table.
Visiting from the West Coast, I can say that if I lived nearby, I would be a regular at this spot! The kibbeh and baba ghanoush taste just like homemade. I've rarely come across a place that offers such authentic Lebanese brunch dishes as they do here. Honestly, if I lived around here, I’d be coming back all the time!

The food is incredibly delicious. While the desserts are somewhat below average, the Shawarma and kebabs are the best I've ever had. I really appreciated that they include salad and bread with every dish. The staff is very generous and welcoming.
Kunafa and mint tea was goodFalafel sandwich for breakfast was a bit disappointing, Falafel wasn’t fresh and seems to be heated up, bread was a bit cold and chewy.Overall can ve better
Taste is not authentic but still good. Their shawerma is cooked instead of being grilled. Very friendly staff with familiar atmosphere. The place is busy over the weekends.

This restaurant offers some excellent Lebanese cuisine. The waitress was friendly, and the tea was enjoyable. I typically come here for Mediterranean food.
The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I will definitely return to try some new dishes.
