We really wanted to love this restaurant, as it is right on our doorstep. We used to adore Morimoto when it was in the same location. We tried Ravish when it was brand new, but were not impressed. We thought we'd give it a second chance. We had asked for a table with a view of the Hilton fireworks, but when we arrived were told that both patios were occupied with parties. The location within the Modern Hotel is wonderful. The tables are nicely spaced, not too close together. The restaurant was not at all busy. The cocktails were nice. we are deeply disappointed by opentables. they have sent us reminders of the booking that the day before our reservation, and now ask for review. the restaurant had deliberately absent from the fact that it is the owner change of the location. at least they could have informed us about it. it was the last night of our holiday and a dinner. it was not possible to meet alternatives when we found out from the close alone, only by going to the restaurant at our booking time of 6:30 a.m. on this day.
excellent food and service. Not cheap, but if you are going to spend more, this is where you get more. They really took care of special dietary needs too when it came to creating a drink for my wife. Well done.

Don't let the exterior of the resort it's in fool you, Ravish was great. Food was all amazing and if you can get a patio table you'll get a great view of the harbor and sunset if you time it right.
We enjoyed the clean, modern appearance of this restaurant. The menu has several unique selections-we especially enjoyed the crab mac ‘n cheese and the beet salad.

We got there a little early for our reservation, but were seated right away.

eating was bad and would not go back. not impressed and too many other good restaurants in honolulu
Drinks were delicious. Food was unique. Ambiance decadent. We will be back with friends.
