I would not recommend Raymond's Chinese Cuisine. I visited for dinner with friends and was taken aback by the lack of cleanliness in the restaurant. It was quite disappointing. I believe the owner should focus more on improving the demeanor of the woman at the cashier; her attitude could definitely use some work. Prioritizing the health and well-being of customers is essential, as the quality of service is just as important as making a profit. With enhanced service, they could draw in more diners interested in their menu.
I rarely write reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience. After passing by Raymond's Chinese Cuisine several times, I finally decided to give it a try, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a poor decision. The food was very disappointing. The fried rice was bland and tasted off, while the beef, although tender, was completely unseasoned and seemed undercooked. Overall, the meal was overpriced for the lack of flavor and poor preparation. To top it off, the service was quite unfriendly. I won’t be coming back!

I think my dish might not have been prepared correctly, as it included some subpar pre-cooked chicken. Moreover, the receipt was not in English and wasn’t itemized, making it hard to decipher the charges. I'm reluctant to dispute the bill since I'm unclear on what I was actually charged for.
The advertised prices are false. They refused to honor the advertised prices and angrily yelled at me just for mentioning it. She took my cash and yelled very loudly in front of other guests, ?you no like you no come here!? The anger was very intense and made me quite uncomfortable. I took the food because I didn?t have time to start lunch over, and left paying far more than expected. Total BS!

They use cheap ingredients, vegetables barely warm let alone cooked, I like crisply cooked veggies but I think they may have failed to bring this dish up to legal cooking temp being that it had chicken in it, the sh#@tty pre-cooked Cisco type. Receiptwas not in English or itemized. Have half a mind to dispute charges since I don't know what they actually charged me for.
Dirty place I don’t recommended any body I came to have dinner since I see all this with my friends place I never go back . I recommend for owner specially for the lady behind the cashier please take care for health of people than money , with moneythere is no respect no time just looking for money, when some spend money give us better services.
I never post reviews but can't help it. Tried this place because of how many times I had driven by. Terrible choice. Food is terribly bland. Especially the fried rice, no flavor. Beef is tender, but no seasoning. Seemed boiled? Way overpriced for blandnot fully cooked food. And the lady in front was very unfriendly! Will never go here again!
This is a great restaurant and the staff are wonderful. Delivery is always hot and consistently fresh. Also- the calendars on new years are too notch! When we have visitors from out of town, they always ask for us to order delivery from here because it's that good. Can't recommend this place enough!
