Today I had the chance to taste the bagnat of marco recetta of play, the day was there because the sun was at the rendezvous .I enjoyed this sandwich on the rocks by the sea . each bite was a pure moment of happiness. perfect seasoning, quality ingredients a special note for the raw artichokes a delight.Thank you for the anchovies because without this for me it is not a real bagnat.Bravo to marco and the team to feast our taste buds .laura
