Ordered a delivery for New Year’s Eve, accepted through just eat as normal, got my delivery time for 7.30 in the evening , time arrived and waited another 30minutes before calling due to being a busy day , no delivery and unable to contact them . Waited another 20minutes and still no delivery, so got in the car and went down. Only to arrive with 3 or 4 other people experiencing the same issue and they ordered before 6pm and were still waiting. We then all get told that it has not even been started yet . I get a measly £1.20 refund for delivery charge as I collected ! Not happy and will never use them again. Food was eventually received and I sat down with my family at 10 30pm . A full 2 hour...
Whilst there are several Chinese takeaways in South Wigston, having tried them all we now regularly use Red Lantern. Excellent spring rolls, dishes including the special curry, chow mein, chicken egg fried rice, chicken balls in sweet and sour sauce and Hong Kong style dishes (our usuals) are all very tasty. Reasonably priced. Worth noting that if collecting they don't take card payments.
Do not bother ordering from this restaurant. I waited a long time for delivery and the food was cold. It was a waste of $23 as I had to throw it away since you cannot reheat rice and king prawns. I would recommend avoiding this place.
My daughter ordered us both a takeaway, when we started to eat it, I bit into something, that looked like a nail. We contacted them and they came out and took a photo, no apology, and I’m still waiting for a refund

We live in Wistow, Leicester and ordered online. The delivery driver easily found our location, which was great. The vegan food was hot and delicious. Thank you very much, we will definitely order from here again.
The service can be a bit slow in the evenings, but the food is delicious and well-prepared. I usually opt for pick-up now, which is faster. They even throw in a free cracker!

The delivery service is incredibly fast, the Thai curry is absolutely delicious, and the staff is very friendly. However, they only accept cash payments.

The food is always good at this restaurant, but this time it was exceptional. I would definitely recommend the chef they had working.
eating is always really fresh and tasty, very fast delivery. definitely my favorite Chinese take in the Blaby/South wigston area.
