Positives: The pub looks the part inside and out, and it 's in a picturesque setting. I went for lunch on a Saturday without booking and there was no problem getting a table. The prices are lower than at similar places. Negatives: The staff seemed inexperienced and did more blagging than was necessary. My friend ordered a lime soda and ended up with a glass of soda water with a slice of lime in it. large village pub with fab selection of real ales of the timothy taylor landlord was excellent! chicken strip free in this wonderfully relaxed environment in the shadow of the church. worth visiting.

A gorgeous pub in a small village. Friendly staff and the most beautiful beer garden. Wish I lived closer but well worth a visit if you're in the area.
