I visited this restaurant with my family and was informed that there would be a 35-minute wait, which we were fine with since it was a Saturday night. However, just 20 minutes into our wait, the hostess approached us to announce that there was now a MANDATORY 22% gratuity added to all bills. While I'm perfectly okay with tipping based on my own judgment, I don't appreciate being forced to do so, especially at such a high rate. As a result, we won't be returning.
I recently visited this Red Lobster with clients who were experiencing it for the first time. The service was exceptional, and the food exceeded my expectations! It was a wonderful experience overall. Our server was friendly and very accommodating. Thank you all!
My experience at Red Lobster in Owings Mills was very welcoming. My waiter, Phillip, was incredibly nice, professional, and polite. He's a wonderful young man, and the restaurant is fortunate to have him as an employee. Great job, Phillip! Best wishes!
Ordered through Uber eats. Two lobster tails and shrimp and lobster linguini. Lobster were over cooked, the pasta had no taste. It came with two sides, broccoli was a child's severing, didn't ask for sour cream but got it. Reserva una mesa ahora
It is lobster fest! We had surf and turf with a sirloin steak and lobster tail, twin lobster tails with a loaded lobster baked potato, and a lobster flatbread. All of it was very delicious. I will definitely go back.
The food was delicious, the cook messed up our orders but the food was still good. Our server must've been new. I like Red Lobster, and I can over the service this time. There were five in our party.
