From the moment I walked into the building I smelled a stench as if I was at the kangaroo exhibit at Gladys porter zoo, I might sound sarcastic but it was a pungent smell. Giving it the benefits of the doubt because it had been a while since I dined there I decided to stay and eat anyway. The booth we sat in was not very well cleaned from the previous day, we were the first to arrive since the restaurant had just opened up at 11 a.m. the divided glass from the booth had children's finger prints smeared all over on both sides of the booth and the window looking out to the parking lot. The dishes weren't properly cleaned, the floor wasn't vacuumed right, there was a cocroach in the hallway tow...
Very bad service. Regular customers for endless shrimps. Our waiter had a table of 8 or 10 people. He prioritized this table at the expense of all small tables. We only received the first 2 selections. He waited 20 toc30 minutes when he died to give the third individual selection. had to call 2 different other servers to tell our waiter, we needed our tab. No excuses. Waitress and very poor Mgr. Never made visible to treat any concerns. We will not return and would not recommend it. If u must try for the endless shrimps other location along the highway.. Goodluck, it is not worth!!!!!!
Everything was delicious as always. He had 3 separate plates all came with the right flavour and temperature. We ask for the butter and cream of the baked potato on the side, and it came out very nicely put. They didn't have thousands island dressing at the moment. The staff was quick and very polite. The missing star is because we ask for two drinks and they didnt have the mixers, the waiter mentioned it is a new item and the mixer hasnt arrive, so, we missed out on the Hurricane drink. The Colada drink with the raspberry was delicious and you can barely feel the rum.
Ordered the Build Your Own 3 items. Broiled flounder, Argentina grilled shrimp skewer, baked potato and house salad. Started with an appetizer of bacon wrapped scallops. They were the tastiest part of the meal. Flounder was tender and flavorful. Shrimp was fileted and fire grilled. Had to dip them in butter to make them more palatable. They were a bit dry. The biscuits were on point and delicious. Why the 5 stars you ask...Pedro. Our server was great. Friendly, engaging, accommodating, quick and overall a really nice person. Pedro, these stars are for you.

The Monday endless shrimp was okay, much pricier now, the shrimp spits were delicious, everything else was okay, they had more opportunities on this visit. Their new Argentine red shrimps were delicious, also the parmesan bacon shrimp scampi. The server was friendly but not very attentive, it never offered a beverage refill or cookie refill. Overall a good place if you want to try their shrimps.
The waiter took our drinks order but left no straws, brought the food then 20 minutes later brings the SALAD. We asked for bread at least 7 times and he kept apologizing for forgetting but never brought it until we were getting ready to leave. He brought a refill and it had flies. Over all not the dinner experience we were hoping for after a long day at work.
This is the second time that we came in less than a year, and there are not enough waiters, the place looks dingy, you can see that the waiters are trying to do their best. It's time to replace the manager. There is nothing worse than a bad leadership and leadership in a company.
Eating was on point, even tho our hostess had not the best setting plus our waiter was the best of the best hands down great place still idk if you want to wait 45 minutes to sit down when it was quite empty inside.
