Service was excellent (Joshua)! Food was tasty. I ordered old bay parm snow crab legs with crab asparagus as a starter for appetizer. My husband ordered admirals feast with long island ice tea. The only thing that i did not like about the food was that the crab leg shells were a bit soft (maybe becauseof the butter). The ambiance was nice but the table was not very clean. I had a frustrating experience with my curbside pickup order, which ended up being given to someone else. The manager, Stephani, refused to speak with us directly about the issue. Instead, she sent a staff member back and forth as her messenger, which clearly stressed out the poor worker. It was very unprofessional of the manager to avoid addressing the situation herself. We were told we would receive a "refund," but I'm not convinced that will actually happen. I’m considering contacting my bank about this situation.
There has been a significant improvement since a few years ago, and the other reviews were accurate. The food, atmosphere, and service were all excellent. We both ordered the Admiral's Feast, which tasted fresh and not stale at all. My triple berry sangria was fantastic. We will definitely be returning!

The food and service have improved in all aspects. My husband likes seafood, and the signature bread is good. I order my favorite seafood food, but there is only one waiter. He is not busy enough to meet the needs. It is really hard work.
Food is almost always good here, although it can be quite a wait to be seated sometimes. We're a regular at this particular Red Lobster because we find it to be the better of the 3 that is nearby in the region.

I always love coming here. It's reasonably priced as far as seafood goes. My favorite is the all you can eat shrimp. Started out as a promotion now its a regular menu item.
Wasn't busy but sat at the table for 20 mins with no server. Food is Overpriced just looking at the menu.
