My son, who is not even two years old, was served grilled chicken instead of the chicken tenders we ordered, and the grilled chicken was so hard that it made a sound like a rock when we tapped it against the plate. By the time he finally received his chicken tenders, we asked for them to be packed to go since it was past his bedtime. When we got home, we realized those were burned as well. My son is not a picky eater, but even after removing the burnt parts, he refused to touch it.

For the last 5 years we have met a group of friends here to celebrate 3 Birthdays. No one has ever been terribly disappointed and the food is normally well prepared. For a chain restaurant I think this is well ran, and we continue going back every year...which says it all for me. Prices are very fair for quality.
Red Lobster currently offers a variety of new crab dishes, and I had the chance to try the crab and shrimp pasta—it was fantastic! However, nothing compares to the crab alfredo, which is always available and you can even order a half portion. It's also a wonderful spot for families.
Our server was fantastic! However, the food is quite overpriced for what you receive. I found a foreign object in the shrimp scampi, but the server handled it promptly, bringing the manager over. They comped the dish and replaced it as well. Overall, great service!

The food is delectable, and I really enjoyed our waiter. The atmosphere is vibrant, and if you're a fan of sweet, refreshing drinks, you must try the triple berry sangria!
