It's great good was great service was great?! Only thing I didn't like is they add automatic 18% gratuity to your bill for party over 8. I don't mind tipping but I think it should be the 15 and you should be made aware! There is no sign anywhere not even on the receipt and no formal policy. I'm big on tipping but I feel like the way they went about it was unprofessional and they write it in its not even in the system that way. But my food was excellent and my server was great! I actually tipped her more.

I ordered the Lobster Lover's Dream, and I really hope it stays on the menu for good! My dinner was amazing! My husband got the Ultimate Surf and Turf, but unfortunately, his steak was overcooked, and everything on his plate was cold. Our server, Mattie, was wonderful. She welcomed us right away and brought out our dishes at just the right time. She was friendly and professional, and her excellent people skills were so impressive that my husband didn’t even mention his dissatisfaction with his meal.

The mussels in white wine butter sauce, accompanied by sun-dried tomatoes and generous pieces of garlic and green onion, were absolutely delicious. We shared the snow crab legs Alfredo special, which was a huge portion. The food is consistently excellent, and the servings are sizable. The prices may be a bit high, but the service is outstanding—friendly and attentive. Management even came by to ensure everything was perfect, which shows they genuinely care.

Artic Blast! There was a wind tunnel of air that drove directly to us. It was so cold I ordered a hot tea to try to stay warm. I put my hood on my jacket to distract the air. We tried to escape, we asked the staff to adapt, we finally had to move our seat. These extreme conditions simply put a damper on our entire experience. Eat hot, delicious, well prepared. I find the food here to be consistently good, and the service is always excellent. I really enjoy the wood-grilled salmon, the ultimate feast, and the coconut shrimp appetizer, while the salads are always fresh. We come here frequently and really like it, but the long wait times for a table can be a bit frustrating. It would be great if they could reintroduce call-ahead seating.

Used to be my favorite all time restaurant. It was fine but I felt it wasn't up to it's usual experience and expectations. The wait was almost 1 and a half hours. Then food was over done and dry. Spending 200 dollars on my family,yes I would have to say it was disappointing.

Arrived around 545pm on a wenday night. We had a party 6. We were greeted promptly by Dj and got our drinks immediately. His service never Weaver during our visit. Any thing we needed he was there. Definitely will bring the family here and will definitely ask for DJ again.

The same ?ole Red Lobster as we?ve always known. Food quality has fell but not enough to quit going, but enough to drop prices which they haven?t. So if ya like Red Lobster it?s still good enough for that once in awhile taste but not enough to make it a weekly run! Reserva una mesa ahora

My family and I visited last Saturday to celebrate my cousin's birthday. As always, our experience was outstanding, and the meal was fantastic. We've never had a disappointing visit. The dish I ordered for dinner is pictured here, and it was absolutely delicious.

The wait for a table took longer than we anticipated. However, once we were seated, the service was prompt and friendly. While some of the dishes could have been served hotter, everything was still enjoyable overall.
