I haven't been to Red Lobster in forever, but I feel like it's a custom to visit when I'm in the south and visiting my amazing family. First off I want to start off by saying I wanted to take my new best friend, Josh, with me. Please give that wonderful man a raise. The best waiter I've had in years, and I've had incredible waiters. He worked it, I didn't even recognize the establishment was just the TWO waiters, on a Saturday.. He was so charming, and patient. He actually stayed just to give us the best service ever. On 26. August 2022 I placed an order online for collection. My collar picked up the order and brought the articles home. Back home when we started eating, we noticed that the soup I had ordered was not included with our other articles. We just wanted to let it go. No big deal. So, as my hoofband willing to add and eat the salmon to its salad, we did not pull one, but two big heads, or ends of one whole. After the distance there was hardly any salad. That was, of course, disappointing. So I called the store and asked a manager. Quantia answered and said she was the manager. After telling her the problem, there was no compassion or empathy. Let me first say that the customer service I received at the bar was good, not a real complaint about how I was personally treated. HOWEVER, when I sat at the bar, I realized that I hadn't wiped off the previous guest. While I sat at the bar, I literally saw 3 separate groups of people standing up from the bar, and others coming in to sit right behind them and not even the area was cleaned by the previous guest. The bartender simply removed old plates and glasses and put menus for the next guest.so much for ?sanitation?. When I left, I saw the sanitary score, which was an 80 (B).. points shy from a C.

I and a friend came for dinner Saturday February 5 at 5pm and received exceptionally attentive and prompt service throughout the meal. This in spite of being staffing challenged. And for being what I considered an early dinner time the restaurant was fairly full and still managed to overfulfill our expectations.
