Do not recommend this location. I submitted a request for the waitlist seating. When I arrived, I was told I would have a 20 minute wait. I thought that was acceptable so I waited. After 30 minutes, I went up to ask how much longer and he said I would be next. Well, he proceeded to call another family before me, so I went back up to ask when I would be called. Imagine my shock of when he said why you should not have used the call ahead seating. If you just put your name on the list like a walk and you would have been seated quicker. First time going to RL, didn't get to try their famous buscuits. Our server Nie promised us a basket of biscuits since their “new person making them was really slow”. Never got them. The table next to us got sat after us about 20 minutes later they were given a basket of biscuits not us. We also waited about 15 minutes for a margarita. The food was so good but the service is sad to be a victim of. Maybe a different location would be better. Also it was my grandma's birthday no one sang the song to her, but 2 other bday parties were sung to. the server knew about her bday. Thanks RL smh

We were on the waiting list had to wait about 30 mins to be seated. We had Shakir supported by Lesley and Edwin. all did a very good job ensuring our needs were met if one couldnt get it the other would. It got a bit busy and slowed them down a tad towards the middle but overall the teamwork shown was above and beyond. I felt they graciously made every attempt and succeeded on the majority. Great personality, sense of humor and customer service was received from everyone we interacted with including checkin staff whom were very accommodating. Thank you!

This app seems like a fantastic concept in theory, but it didn't do anything to reduce my wait time. I made a reservation early in the morning for a 5 PM dinner. When I arrived, they already had my name on the list and said I'd only have to wait about 5-10 minutes. Great, right? However, that 10 minutes turned into a much longer wait. I ended up waiting over an hour and twenty minutes to be seated. I really enjoyed the food and service, but I won't be using the app again. It gave me too much false hope! Reserva una mesa ahora

Staff is a reoccurring issue here. Took too long to be seated. Food took too long... I couldn't participate in the endlesss shrimp I ordered because my initial order took to long. The rest of my party finished eating before the waiter returned. I had to ask for water 3 times. Drinks from bar took long, then they didn't have the drink. Then it took an additional 15 minutes for another selection.

Our server was friendly, but everything took an incredibly long time to arrive. I ordered the Endless Shrimp and finished my first plate, but when I asked for a second one, it took 20 minutes and it still hadn’t come. I ended up leaving because it took so long. Also, I wouldn’t recommend their $5 margarita; it tasted watered down.

Unfortunately Open table is not working in this restaurant. Please take them off from your application. Made a reservation at 8PM, but had to wait 30 minutes more and then another hour for a food

Reservations do not matter in this store, once you checking you have to wait as if you just arrive.
