The manager, Tank, was exceptionally rude and sarcastic with us as customers. When we arrived, we inquired about any special offers for birthdays, and he confirmed that there were indeed some. However, when we later asked for the details, he sarcastically responded, "Didn't you eat for free?" This was surprising, especially since our bill for three people came to $130.
We last visited Red Lobster 25 years ago during our trip to Florida, and the food is just as delicious as we remembered. However, the decor hasn't changed much since then. As Gordon Ramsay might say, the decor feels stuck in the '90s. Despite that, the restaurant did not disappoint – we enjoyed great food, excellent service, and friendly staff.
The Seaside shrimp trio was enjoyable. However, the service from the waitress could have been improved. She made some assumptions, and it would have been better if she had let our regular waitress handle things.
