We visited Red Mango in Fresh Meadows, and I must say, it used to be better. This time, they didn't have any fresh toppings available. We ordered the original tart, pistachio, and piña colada flavors, but without fresh fruits, we were left with just almonds and chocolate chips. The experience would have been much better with some fruit, but it was still decent. Additionally, they still don’t allow self-service or sampling of the yogurt, which is a bit disappointing. Another downside is that their pricing is on the higher side, as they charge a base price plus additional costs for each topping, unlike most places that charge by weight.
I recently visited this frozen yogurt shop with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The parfaits we received looked nothing like the pictures we had seen. Additionally, one of the employees, named Minji, was extremely rude. I had to repeat my order at least four or five times, and every time I asked for an addition, she rolled her eyes in a very disrespectful way. This behavior is unacceptable, and I highly discourage anyone from ordering from her. Our parfaits didn't resemble parfaits at all; it felt like she didn’t care about our preferences whatsoever.
Im a big fan of original flavor but this time it was a little less tangy and less creamy than usual. Also a little light on the fruit, I got the same amount on the regular size as I do on the small. It should be proportionate, larger size more topping. Im not sure which location this delivery was from though, some Red Mango branches are better than others.
I?m a faithful customer but thing morning my drink was trash. I?m drinking chunks in the smoothie nothings smooth about it, ice chunks and fruit chunks. The girl must have rushed and it?s very sweet. I?ve never had such horrible drink from there. Very disappointed this morning! As u can see in the pic. I can?t pull much through the straw.

not what I expected. the yogurt itself was way too sugary. I don't know what is going. I'll just not buy from red mango, anymore. the recipe is totally not the same. fruits were great. packaged okay. just the dern yogurt is not to be sought after.
My children, my friend and I had a nice treat. They have watermelon and guava frozzen yogurt this summer, I am not sure for how long, but what a delicious guava frozen yogurt! I coming back soon for another scoop ????
The flavor is entirely banana, with no trace of açaí. It doesn’t have the thick consistency I anticipated, and it looks nothing like the picture.
Customers were waiting in line since there is only one team handling everything, and there are also limited options for fruit toppings.
