You cannot be prejudice and violate several food health and safety codes.I understand it is Christmas and it gets busy. However, Christmas comes once a year, every year, for years, so why not prepare for such an influx. That is not the reason for the negative review.When I arrived, there were about 20 people waiting or their food orders, and the place looked chaotic. There is a food section for delivery drivers, which was completely empty. The picture attached to this is the table where they put food when the entire order is not completed. This restaurant is our go-to spot for Asian cuisine. The regular Asian dishes are consistently delicious, and the sushi is top-notch. It's the best we can find without having to travel far and pay high prices. I highly recommend this restaurant and often bring my family here. Many thanks to Red Maple for being such an awesome addition to our local community!

This place used to be a really good spot to have a beer or cocktail. Now its a different experience. Before there was a really good bartender. You’d think they try to keep the same energy. However, that is not the case. Draft beer was horrible. Just the most basic beer. Not to mention how long it took me to get in and out of there for one beer.

The sushi at this restaurant deserves a 5-star rating without question. However, the General Tso's sauce was lacking in flavor and seemed to be diluted with water. On the bright side, the chicken chunks were thick and juicy. My recommendation would be to stick with the sushi. Reserva una mesa ahora

The food at this restaurant is great! The sushi and gyoza were delicious, and the portions were very generous. I tried the pad thai, but I wouldn't recommend it. The service was a bit slow as well.

I went to this restaurant for my birthday and I thoroughly enjoyed the food, especially the flaming lip-roll! My mother and sister also loved the food. Will definitely come back again.

My parents get take out (since covid) from Red Maple all the time. I joined them last night and got the mini plate sushi with miso and seaweed salad. Fish was fresh, very good.

the food was delicious, we ordered red lobster roll and for season roll, the fried calamari were perfect, we loved this place.
