I recently had the pleasure of dining at Red Mesa Mercado on 1st Avenue N, and it was a delightful experience. I ordered the plantain bowl without any additional protein and paired it with hibiscus iced tea. The food was of exceptional quality—authentic, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The hibiscus tea stood out to me; it was surprisingly sweet and made with real brewed hibiscus and cane sugar, something the staff confirmed when I called later to ask about it.

You wont regret trying out Red Mesa Mercado ! Red Mesa menu is as good as going to your grandmothers for dinner... and I don't care where she is from . It's that consentant , that good . All fresh , all with a smile always worth the drive . Right next door to Green Bench brewery makes it a great stop before or after with fairly easy parking all around .
I went to this restaurant with my mom, who was a bit skeptical at first but ended up really enjoying it. As vegetarians, we were delighted by the wide range of choices available. The restaurant was spotless, and the service was outstanding. I would give this place a perfect 10 out of 10 – it was truly amazing, unlike anything we’ve experienced before.
Come here all the time! Jenna (I think that is her name) makes the best cup of iced coffee, I call it crack coffee because it has a lot of shots. Everyone there is super nice!!! ... BTW screw Tony! He doesn't even work there and I don't think they know him but not a nice dude.

I had a wonderful lunch at Mercado. The staff was friendly and efficient, the environment was clean, and the tacos were delicious, made with fresh ingredients. I highly recommend it!

Consistently excellent and always delicious food! Don't miss out on the empanadas - they are a definite winner! In my opinion, this is the best Mexican food in the area!
