This year has been one of the worst visits to Red Robin I've experienced. As soon as we walked in, there was an unpleasant smell, almost like old frying oil or something fishy. Throughout our meal, multiple staff members assured us they would bring napkins, but we never received any. The fries were mostly overcooked, while the burgers were just okay. Despite the restaurant being relatively busy, we hardly saw our waitress. If I lived in the area, I certainly wouldn't return to this location.
Katie is hands down the best server I've ever had! During my last visit, I didn't receive sprinkles on my milkshake, so when I was ordering this time, I kindly mentioned it and asked for extra sprinkles. Bless her heart, she promptly brought me a small cup of sprinkles! The food is consistently delicious, but Katie's vibrant energy made the experience truly special. From now on, we'll be requesting to sit in her section! Thank you, Katie!
Since I was a little kid, I have been enchanted by the flavor of your amazing grilled cheese, especially the kids' version. Now at 15 years old, I still find myself ordering it every time I visit, along with a side of fries. The bread is always perfectly crispy, and the cheese is wonderfully melted. I finish it all in just five minutes because the texture is simply perfect. 10/10, please never stop making your grilled cheese!
This place is fantastic for burgers and has unlimited sides! We really liked that they offered a clear allergen menu. On this visit, we decided to sample the new spicy breaded shrimp, but it didn't quite meet our expectations—there was too much breading and not enough shrimp. At last, we enjoyed a classic, sit-down dinner that felt completely free from the worries of COVID. Upon arrival, we were greeted promptly at the door, and once seated, we were lucky to have Carrie as our server. She was graceful and attentive, anticipating our needs before we even realized we had them. The restaurant's clean and tranquil atmosphere contributed to a truly peaceful and enjoyable dining experience.
The restaurant is a lovely spot with delicious food. The staff appears to be in better spirits lately. There’s a wide variety of dishes to cater to just about everyone’s tastes. It’s one of those places where I like to mix things up with my orders because they offer so many fantastic choices.
Their huge burgers and fries are the BEST! And their shakes are absolutely delicious. We used to dine in, but since Covid, we just do take-out. You can call it in or go to the counter to order . You can still eat inside if you want. Three differentdelivery services can do delivery for you.
Took my granddaughter out for dinner. Service was excellent! Food was good. I had a burger and sweet potato fries and my granddaughter had Mac and cheese and fries. Reserva una mesa ahora
