On September 5, 2022, I visited the restaurant and found the food to be quite good. We ordered cheeseburgers, fries, and onion rings, which were enjoyable. The waitress also provided good service. However, the reason I gave a low rating was the incessant loud whistle coming from the kitchen. I assume it was meant to signal the waitstaff that an order was ready, but there must be a better way to do this that doesn’t disturb the customers. I was eager to leave because of the noise.
The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was quite enjoyable. However, the cleaning product they used had a very overpowering scent. I would still recommend visiting the restaurant; the cleaning smell is just a personal preference of mine. I prefer to smell the delicious food being cooked rather than a hospital-like aroma. That said, many people might actually appreciate the fresh scent of the cleaner.
I visited the restaurant on Sunday the 20th and was initially unsure, given my less-than-pleasant experiences at other Red Robin locations. However, the hostess, Rachel, was incredibly kind and friendly. She created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which left me with a very positive first impression of the restaurant. I wish there were more people like her spreading kindness in the world!
Our server, Brock, was wonderful. He was quick, friendly, and made our dining experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, the food left something to be desired. The avocado on my burger was brown and looked unappetizing. Additionally, the fries that came with the burger were burnt, so we had to ask for new ones. Great service, tasty food, and reasonable prices. The Burnin' Love burger is my favorite! I’m always satisfied whenever I come here. The pretzel bites are fantastic too.
Terrible experience! This place has really declined, which is disappointing. From the moment we arrived until we left, we were completely dissatisfied.
Red Robin used to be our go-to spot with the kids. We went tonight for my son's birthday, and it was by far the worst experience we've had there.
