This place is absolutely gross, and has terrible customer service. Not only was the food bad but the actual restaurant was disgusting! My daughter and I went in there for dinner around 6:00pm on a Monday. It?s wasn?t busy at all and little to mysurprise almost every table in the restaurant was dirty and full of dishes. They literally sat us in a section with 6-8 tablesand not one was clean. We were completely surrounded by dirty tables. Then when it came time to leave, our server was nowhere tobe found. I checked the bar and hostess stand with no one to be found anywhere. I end up walking back to the kitchen to find anemployee to get a box for my daughters food. This is when I noticed it was...
No great service. After being asked to move out of the bar where the sun was? Instead, we were told that we could move to another table in the same area where the sun was still a problem. The lady with glasses and curly hair that sat us did not want to help at all. Not to mention the fact that before entering the restaurant the person who answered suspended abruptly. On Friday night (about 10 a.m.), the restaurant was empty. Not a single table next to 1-2 guests at the bar. We sat right away and food came out immediately. I have my usual Go-to Royal Red Robin Burger tastes it every time. Amazing. Also ordered wings as an appetizer and we enjoyed them.
The food is consistently good. We ordered a chicken burger as well as a chicken salad. The salad was bland even with ranch. It tasted like the chicken was grilled but without any seasoning. In the last it has had more flavor. Next time!

Service was super slow. Attitude of the waiters were super rude. My cheese with my bacon fondue burger was cold. The fries also came out cold. Super disappointed considering the beautiful location.
We got ranch dip. We ordered a lot of chicken strip meals, which should have included ranch. Plus ordered extra. Still got nothing!!!!! This also would bethel first time.
Consistent quality, burgers were great. Tried the new NEW! Coleslaw and while it tasted great, you only receive a dip-size portion for a price that suggests more.
The food and service are good, but it really feels like a small children's restaurant... Young families with children are on video screens everywhere.

The chili was ice cold and very watery. For almost $40 very little food. Would not recommend or order again.
Burger was over cooked and moz sticks were ice cold and tasted like breaded Kraft string cheese
