Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

The food selection has declined since the pandemic, with fewer options available overall. I really miss the variety of flavored breads and the zucchini fries. The broccoli is consistently overcooked or not steamed properly, so I won't order that again; the last time I had it, the pieces were too large, undercooked, and some were turning black from age. It seems like they might be short-staffed, as we often have to wait over 10 minutes at the front desk without anyone attending to us. Additionally, the facility could use a thorough cleaning, as there's usually food scattered on the floors and tables.

Absolutely disgusting. Restaurant had 5 tables seated while we were there dining. Everything from the floor, table, menus, bathroom, wall/shelving was dirty, and/or sticky. The tables beside us were never cleared the entire time we ate our meal. Ragsused to wipe tables down were not clean, tables very sticky. The floors looked like they hadn?t been vacuumed in a while. Youwould think there would be standard cleaning/sanitation practices for front of house guests. I have been to many Red Robins,however will not return to Altoona?s location. Yuck.

The waiter was nice but I have braces asked for a fork and knife. I had to wait over 20 minutes. My friend ask for fondue and ketchup and that was another 20 minutes. We needed fries and drinks. Again had to wait forver. I understand places are busy I work fast food but this is absolutely ridiculous. We have been here now for over an hour and half. I will never come here again. We asked for a discount for this and we only got $8 off which doesn't even cover the burger.

Eating was okay. Several errors on our order. The Pommes got 5. I didn't ask for a bunk with fork and knife and broccoli. A bungalow without utensils and frits. Everyone has bad days, so we haven't complained. They weren't very busy, so insecure where the malfunction was with the service. It took a long time for refills and other requests like Ranch. Nice Crew,they were all helpful and Happy. The order was filled quickly and right. The food was hot and Great . The place was extremely clean. It was Great for the whole family. Location was easy to locate with Google maps. All in all Great Crew,greatlocation and Great food. Thank you

If I could give this place Zero star's I would. The dishes were dirty complain to the manager and food was nasty. I would never eat here again. Manager gave 25% off the food he didn't seem to care to much about me and my friends complaints.

Great food..friendly service!! Sauces are full of flavor and great for dipping fries or onion rings. Will definitely be back to try more burgers. This tiime I tried the BLTA sandwich. Very good, a lil' messy!

The food wasnt bad but i ordered no tomatoes or croutons and they put both in. And I added egg, extra cucumbers, and bacon and they didnt put any of that in my salad. Fries were also a little cold. Reserva una mesa ahora

I received quick service, and the burger was fantastic! Next time, I think I’ll add an egg on top. I also ordered an extra patty in addition to the two I already had. Thank you!

Good food and a fun atmosphere. Got the brisket burger and it was really good. That's what I've included as a photo. Can't go wrong with the bottomless fries either!
