Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

I typically order to-go food here and today was told it would be 20 minutes, I got there a minute or so early and it turned out they didn't enter my order. I was in a hurry so slightly frustrated, but they discounted my order, got it made quickly, gave 2 smoothies to go, and took the time to chat with me. I've always liked this Red Robin, but definitely appreciated the customer service tonight! :

Anyone who has had even a mediocre experience at this restaurant should talk to Jack the manager and he will make it right. We eat here often and the food, staff and experience in general is always top notch.

Good burgers but they do not know the difference netween medium and medium well! If you want medium well say well done!
