very disappointed i ordered whiskey river burger no mayo add bacon just to get home to see there's no bacon or BBQ sauce on my burger so I returned to red Robin instead of making it over fresh, she added the bacon&BBQ sauce on it and reheated the same burger and handed it to me with an attitude no apologies given from the girl who work in the kitchen and hands out orders so now my fries and onion rings are cold because I had to return to the store thinking they just was going to correct the whole order and remind you red Robin food isn't cheap to be getting treated like you ordering from McDonald's hell I probably would've got better services at McDonald's...I think the kitchen employee need...
The picture says it all. This is the third time in 4 months I have been to this restaurant each and every time I stressed WELL DONE. It's possible they're not able to do a well done burger. The previous time it was like a passive aggressive attempt atdoing a well done burger where the burger was half well done half fairly raw. This time, a quarter of it was poorly done andobviously pink so I don't know if they have an odd shaped grill or what. Just saying I'm about done with Red Robin, have eatenat Red Robins all over the country, but this one here in St Pete has consistently done the same exact thing. This is one of the rare occasions when I was dissatisfied with both the food and the service. My sweet potato fries were cold, and I barely had three bites on my plate. When I ordered more, I received just a handful of fries, and they were cold again. I also ordered the bacon and five cheese fondue, which was served cold as well. I asked if they could replace it with a hot one. Unfortunately, they just microwaved it in the plastic container, and when it returned to the table, I noticed the plastic had melted around the edge and mixed into my cheese dip. I was very disappointed tonight; my whole party typically enjoys good service and food here, but everyone was unhappy this evening.
Additionally, I was disappointed by the bottomless beverage policy. Despite ordering a strawberry lemonade and wanting to switch to a prickly pear lemonade, I was told that was not allowed, even though both drinks were the same price and advertised as bottomless.
Maybe it was just this particular location, but after such a terrible experience, I won’t be returning to any Red Robin for a long time. I would give this a 0/5 if I could.

To our surprise, the dining room at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews was closed due to a staff shortage, which we did not anticipate. We had planned to enjoy the veteran's offer, and today was the final day to do so. Connor delivered exceptional service to us and other guests throughout our visit. Thank you, Connor, and thank you to Red Robin for supporting veterans and offering a great menu!
The 3 hostesses said there were no booths available (see photos) and we would need to wait for 10 minutes. After 30 minutes we asked again and they finally got us a two seater booth. There was only one waiter who was also the bartender and busboy. Notsure why there was 3 hostesses on a Thursday afternoon but only 1 waiter.

Pretty much all the staff here have an attitude. I know it's tough getting back to work with no more stimulus checks and unemployment checks but time to get back to reality. Put a smile on your face, be nice to your customers and maybe this location won't go under.

What a great eatery. Came in was greeted quickly and seated. Waiter was fast and remembered us from a former visit. The new brisket burger was good, the Madlove burger was an explosion of flavor and the fish and chips was very good with four amazing pieces of fish.
The cheeseburger was burnt to the point of being inedible. It was a pickup order, and we drove 30 minutes to get home. I am very unhappy and would not dine there again.
