My friends and I went in pretty late, about 9:30 (they were closing at 10:45, I believe). Notably, they gave us a seat before the whole party of 5 arrived which was nice. The waitress (I can’t remember her name, but she was about 5’4 with blonde hair) had worked a 10 hour shift and was honest about it. But she was lovely, and joked around with us. Her and the manager (a 6’2 fella with a beard) enjoyed watching my friend tackle a 7 patty burger. For it to be so unfavorable of conditions on their part, they gave us excellent service. The food was delish, the staff superb, and I recommend more people to leave a good review anytime they have a good time.
I have always been a fan of Red Robin when it comes to chain restaurants. Every time I have visited this location, the service has been consistently good. The burgers are tasty and I appreciate that they offer bottomless salad as an alternative to french fries. They also have a variety of delicious drink options including milkshakes and cocktails, making it a great dining experience.
Our meals were great. Our server at the time( no I will NOT describe or name them) seemed quite distracted. They did however get everything out to us in a timely fashion and all extras. It was a weekday between 11a and 4p and not busy except bar area which looked overwhelmed.
Red Robin has one of the Best Burgers in Westland MI. From the Waitress, Host and Chef who made our Burgers, everything was great. We come here at least once a Week. Me and my 6 kids.

My daughter had her 12th birthday, Nov. 30, 2023. And I like how we were able to celebrate it. We brought cupcakes, took pictures and Happy Birthday with no one interrupting us.
Pretzel bites where delicious!!!!! Food was delish and service was amazing!!!! Joe was diligent and quick and knew the menu ! Will go back!!!
The fries were undercooked and lukewarm. The burger was decent, although it came with tomato despite requesting it to be left off.
It was great as always. I love this place. There chicken salad and nachos are great.
