Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

My partner and I arrived at the restaurant on Monday around 6:30 or 7. Despite checking in with the hostess, we were left waiting for over 20 minutes before being seated. Once we were finally seated in the back, we waited another 20-25 minutes before my partner had to go find a server to take our order. The food, when it eventually arrived, was disappointing - my fish was overly oily and lukewarm, and the fries were undercooked. It seems like the restaurant may be understaffed or poorly trained, and I would advise against dining there.

I did not pre-order online. They offer salad online, but it is not listed on the menu. The option for extra marinara is available, but not on the menu. When I arrived at my scheduled time, my food was not ready. The customer service was lacking. The burger I ordered was very average for the price and made me feel sick after eating it.

Q: What's the wait?A: We don't know.I understand there is staffing shortage but you should have a vague idea whether Its 30 min 1 hr, 2hrs. The rate that food is being served is the estimate of time regardless of how many staff you have. For sub par burgers not worth waiting.

I got a lunch from here and it was surprisingly good, surpassing my expectations. her menu is quite extensive and they have some cool dessert.

I never had a good experience. I tried to stop here on Saturday morning with my partner. we arrived open, we were greeted and welcomed.

in the morning. Eat and service were good. the floors are rough! so many stumbling, crawling etc. on the carpet. unless.
