This restaurant is a great place to visit, especially if the wait is under thirty minutes. The service is excellent and quick, although on busy nights there may be a slight wait. If you opt for bottomless sides, they will bring them to you while you wait for your main meal. I particularly enjoy their ranch dip. Each table has a convenient touchscreen for paying the bill at the end. The atmosphere can get loud as the night goes on, with TVs showing sports games and quirky decor throughout. Waited 20+ minutes for fries. We asked as soon as we ordered, which we also had to wait for our waiter to be able to do. They finally brought our food. Only one of us had ordered fries. So I finally told the waiter when he came over and said he would get us more fries, that we hadn 't had any so far and that that was why we go to their restaurant. I recently celebrated my son's birthday at Red Robin, and while I regretfully forgot our server's name, their impact on my son's special day was remarkable. Their exceptional service truly made our experience memorable. The delicious food added to the joy, with the delightful bottomless sides that Red Robin is known for. My son, feeling a bit shy, declined the birthday cake and singing. However, the server's thoughtful gesture of gifting him a caricature turned the day around. The service at this particular Red Robin location was extremely disappointing. Despite requesting more fries that never arrived, our food was brought out by a different server. Our assigned server only checked on us once throughout the meal and did not provide any drink refills. In addition, my son-in-law had to go to another server to request a takeout container. This experience stands out as the worst service we have ever had at a Red Robin restaurant. After calling to discuss our experience with a manager, we were met with indifference and lack of concern.

The food at this restaurant was enjoyable, but we were disappointed that we weren't offered silverware and that our entrees arrived before our appetizers. Additionally, we were not asked if we wanted more bottomless fries. After requesting them, we were given some extra garlic fries. The burning love burger I ordered came with a cold fried jalapeno on top, which seemed to have been cooked earlier. While we have had good service at other locations, this facility could definitely improve its service.

As always the food was great. Our servers not only got the food order correct but kept our drinks and fries replaced without us asking. Restaurant was very busy but also kept very clean. The food choices are wonderful with a great kids menu for fussy eaters.

This Red Robin location is typically crowded, but the service was consistently quick and friendly! The burger was flavorful with a perfectly toasted bun, and the sweet potato fries were cooked just right, not too soft.

Food was great . Wasn't happy that I had to wait for 20 mins for someone to check on us especially when no one was visible to flag down. A little more work on customer service this place would be awesome
