Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Need to be more on top of their game, especially on Friday’s. I work at a restaurant so I understand that Friday’s are one of the busiest day’s and servers are swamped with tables. However, whenever we come on Friday’s it has taken 10-15 minutes for a server to acknowledge that we are here and ask what drinks we want. We order appetizers however they come way after our food. Servers don’t usually tend to do well asking throughout the course of the meal if we need anything. Have had to wait forever for our server to come back to get to go boxes. Again, I understand it’s busy! But, servers are provided with food runners and assistance with drinks, so they could be more on top of handling other...

Every time my family and I have come to eat at this location we receive horrible service. The last few times we have had a waiter name Eric... Eric is friendly and talks a lot but he forgot about all the little details we ordered. Surprisingly when we were needing something he had forgot he was sitting at a table right in front of us eating/talking to another employee which I've never once experienced before. Not sure if thought we had everything we needed but it's so unprofessional to be talking with another employee while eating like he is on break. Food was good though.

we love red robin, but this time was very disappointing. we get that they're understated, but they just shouldn't have waited for many tables if they couldn't handle it. we waited an hour for our food. we ordered a burger and two groundless mac and cheese, but only one of the mac and cheese was warm. we ordered for 2 more mac and cheese and it took 20 minutes. one of the mac and cheese was cold again. the pommes were good, but that was the only decent thing we had tonight. we usually tap more than tonight. will not be here for one.

We tried the pizza with activated charcoal crust and it was very good. It was slightly crispy, but overall delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and the service was quick. They have dedicated servers who take orders and bring drinks, so the customer isn't overwhelmed. I also took home a lemon cake, which was good overall but the frosting had a different texture. Maybe letting it warm up before taking it home would help. Overall, we were not disappointed and would recommend dining at this restaurant. Reserva una mesa ahora

Ordered from Uber Eats and I received everything in my order exactly how I had ordered it. My only critique was that one of the extra fry boxes had a fry hanging out, but it didn't bother me. My dinner was so good. Burger was yummy fries were seasoned nicely and the pizza was really good.

The server did not check in with the customers after serving their order, giving the impression that they were avoiding being asked for more fries. Additionally, there were no straws or spoons provided for my root beer. The service was very slow and unsatisfactory on this occasion.

I give staff a five stars. However, they had no happy hour food which was a disappointment. Their prices have also dramatically increased. Food was good but nothing to write home about. The facility was very clean and waiter, host, and cooks were all friendly.

Had an Amazing server tonight. Erik provided the best service possible. He had a great attitude and was very attentive to what we needed. Food was great as well. Everything came to our table at once and was very warm. Thanx Red Robin Reserva una mesa ahora

Despite the challenging job market, the staff at this restaurant were friendly and helpful. However, the food left something to be desired. I might as well have gone to McDonald's. Does Red Robin even serve real burgers?

I’m not a very picky eater what so ever,But don’t get the smokehouse chips.The chips are stale, brisket is well not really even there??Thought it was a joke but aye,Nothing like some cold hard pickle chips?
