Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Been here a handful of times. Every time we go to this particular location, it's always gives us an odd experience. My family and I go to Red Robin a lot! So we know what a Red Robin experience should feel like. It's usually an awesome time, that's why we prefer Red Robin as our main family restaurant and we keep coming back. But this location sucks especially this last time we went. We tried to give a shot since it was the closest one to us at the time. From the very start, the seating and greeting from the hostesses was bad. We checked in, hostess told us nonchalantly that it will be a few minutes. Didn't bother to ask us for our name or number. Need to be more on top of their game, especially on Friday’s. I work at a restaurant so I understand that Friday’s are one of the busiest day’s and servers are swamped with tables. However, whenever we come on Friday’s it has taken 10-15 minutes for a server to acknowledge that we are here and ask what drinks we want. We order appetizers however they come way after our food. Servers don’t usually tend to do well asking throughout the course of the meal if we need anything. Have had to wait forever for our server to come back to get to go boxes. Again, I understand it’s busy! But, servers are provided with food runners and assistance with drinks, so they could be more on top of handling other...

I give staff a five stars. However, they had no happy hour food which was a disappointment. Their prices have also dramatically increased. Food was good but nothing to write home about. The facility was very clean and waiter, host, and cooks were all friendly.

Had an Amazing server tonight. Erik provided the best service possible. He had a great attitude and was very attentive to what we needed. Food was great as well. Everything came to our table at once and was very warm. Thanx Red Robin
