missed item in my order. they usually mess up my order. what is even more alarming is the use of cheaper material in the burger. it is smaller. bun a little stale. less quality bacon. less eggs. and they still want me and you to pay their increased prices. they can have a cheap burger and get cheap clientele or be high end like they have been. they cant have it both ways and expect to stay in business.
The floors were dirty, and the waitress had a negative attitude. The mozzarella sticks were soggy, and the boneless wings were overcooked. The food was not prepared properly, and the croissant sandwich was served ice cold. The burgers were cooked to the point of being tough. The manager did not show good customer care. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
I ordered a chocolate milkshake, and they served it perfectly. The service was excellent and very professional. The bartender was extremely friendly, making me feel right at home. It's a decent place to eat that's clean, staff is very friendly just seems to be short staffed most of the time.Parking: Can be busy, there is a shopping center next door.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu and crayons for kids.
Way too pricey for what we got and it was cold w cold fries. Not in a hurry to head back.
