Went out with my husband to have dinner and actually went just after 6 p.m.. since we were a party of two we only waited 2 minutes to be seated. Our server Nate was very nice and made sure to keep checking in and getting us our bottomless french fries. The women's restroom did need service. The handicap stall had no seat covers and the floor needed picked up, the trash needed to be emptied and just a general maintenance in between customers. We left after 7 p.m. and it was definitely picking up. There was a line waiting to get in and to go orders were flying out the door
I just had to make a post about our server Joey ! He literally went above and beyond ! He had such great customer service skills and definitely made us feel so welcomed . He kept coming around to make sure we were good and had everything we needed. That type of service he did which was EXCELLENT) is something you don?t see very often . He is such a sweetheart and deserves so much. just overall had such a positive attitude/ spirit . He is such a cutie pie . He made this experience soooo GREAT we will definitely be coming back again : <3
our waiter was super friendly!! but the people who served our food were both young and they both gathered tables. One of them was male and had black hair and when he gave me food to the table, he literally spilled my drink ALL over me and the person sitting next to me without apologising to ALL. Could it? ve was completely avoided if he had just gone to my side and not try to pass it down. it was the end of the night, granted, but this is not an excuse to make a bigger mess for you to clean up.
Fast service. Pretty empty at noon in a Sunday, but at 1:30 pretty packed. Burgers are expensive, but pretty good. My party chose different lower sides and we all shared. Servers don't seem to be careful, so if you like a side of broccoli and sweet potatoes flow only with the other people in the party, so you don't have to pay for an additional page.
Hadn't had Red Robin in a long while but went here for lunch. We each got cheeseburgers and they were perfectly cooked and seasoned. I'd forgotten how good a Red Robin burger was. I got onion rings and my boyfriend got bottomless fries. The service was fantastic and we made a promise to ourselves to come back soon.
Came here for a late dinner, about 30 mins before the 10 pm closing time. Food server was great, food was served hot and fresh and they even gave extra French fries without us requesting. The server is very attentive and has a very pleasing personality. Highly recommend to visit if you're in the area.
We had to try the pizza. And for $10 it's not bad. We have a little piece for the table while we waited for our ducks. It is a burger place so understand that if you order your pizza. Do not remember that you get high quality pizza from a legit pizza facility. Once you understand, it's pretty good. ?
I love love love Red Robin!! Excellent food! excellent service! I love their impossible Patty they also have a veggie Patty option as well! Oh and the best fries on the planet and their bottomless!!!!! Love going there with my kids there's plenty of options for everyone!! Lots of yummy drinks too!
