The food was good, but not exceptional. They were running low on fries, which resulted in them serving burgers without any fries. If they can't provide the complete meal, they shouldn’t serve it at all. The claim of "endless fries" frequently doesn't seem to apply here. Service was incredibly difficult to come by; the restaurant was full, but there weren't enough staff members, indicating poor management. If you can't manage the tables properly, you shouldn't seat more customers. There were a concerning number of mistakes that a better leader could have easily prevented. I finally got the chance to try Red Robin over Father's Day weekend, and overall, it was a decent experience. I've been wanting to visit this place for quite some time but just never got around to it. While the burgers weren’t anything to rave about and my fries were cold and soggy, the real highlight was our server. He did an excellent job checking in on us and ensuring we had enough drinks. People were friendly, service started off great, but dwindled after food came. A side of ranch was asked for and never brought to the table (yes was part of the initial order). The fries given to the table before entrees came out were hot and fresh, butcame cold and old with the entrees. They always ask if you want your burger with some pink or no pink. The some pink was allpink, so good to know for future orders there. It 's been a year or so since I 've gone to a Red Robin, and I know it 's not aMichelin star restaurant, but this was not the best experience I 've had there at a 2 PM on a Saturday. Great burgers for a major chain. The fries are unlimited and awesome. Sadly, they removed the zucchini fries from the menu a few months ago. The onion rings are great with ranch and their campfire sauce. Lately the servers have been a littlescatterbrained but the food comes out good and the staff is friendly. Be careful not to leave your phone laying around. People here will not turn it in, they will keep it. Other than that, the food was mediocre at best. The service was great, though! Trevor was awesome. It's not his fault the food sucked and someone stole my phone. Red Robin was so much better 15 years ago. It just sucks now. Go to Crepes and Burgers instead if you want a cheeseburger best cheeseburgers in Sacramento!

My 2nd time at Red Robin and the food was exceptional. My server was nice, friendly and my order was accurate. However, the remainder of the staff seemed a little off. Maybe because I got there an hour before they closed on a Sunday night. Whatever the reason, I was quite surprised of the unprofessional attire, lack of hustle and overall friendliness. I was very grateful my server wasn 't part of this 'funk. '

Shout out to our waitress in the bar area! You were A1! Thank you for the best hospitality I've had in awhile. Our drinks were never empty and we got fries before our food while we waited. The food was hot and did not disappoint. I'd definitely go back. Recommend bar area for the banging service!

EVERYTHING was perfect! ALL of the special requests were exactly that was requested! BLTA croissant GREAT ... burger GREAT !! Onion rind and zucchini fries nice and crispy!

Ok food, good service. The cheese sticks were good. First lemonade tasted like plain water, second was good. Fish was a bit over salted.
