It's been more than a couple years since we've been here even before COVID. I received a birthday discount via email and we decided we'd go. We had a great time. Our server, Brie was super awesome. She was attentive, sweet and did an amazing job with serving! It was at the beginning of the lunch rush so we arrived just in time. We started with the Buffalo Wings. They were perfect and also came with homemade chips and carrots! We had the Black Bleu Burger with bottomless broccoli and the Monster Burger with bottomless garlic fries. The service was outstanding, and the food was decent. However, the atmosphere and cleanliness left much to be desired. It's evident that the staff is putting in a lot of effort, but the overall space doesn’t feel inviting. Additionally, cleanliness was an issue, especially on the terrace and the restaurant's exterior. I should note that the entire area around Northridge Mall tends to be quite dirty and neglected, which is one reason I rarely stop by. That said, it wouldn't hurt to invest in a mop for the interior floors and a broom and pressure washer for the outside every now and then.
The burgers are good, so are the drinks BUT the Sweet Potato Fries was TERRIBLE!!!! There was an additional charge of $1.45 for the Sweet Potato Fries which was fine by me but what I got was left-over fries. The fries was sliced too thin, it was too dry looking and it's either too hard or already stale. I asked the server if their regular fries also looks taste the same, and she said No, so I asked for a regular fries to replace the terrible one I got. I mean, they got the nerve to have an additional charge of $1.45 for a terrible Sweet Potato Fries????
We had great service and a great time and the food was really good. Our waiter was excellent!! I don't remember his name, he was a young, thin guy, blonde hair and he treats our party of 13 adults and 1 child very well. I wish I knew his name because he was brilliant! This is a wonderful restaurant. They have a bar area, but the rest of the space is very family-friendly. I particularly enjoyed the pop art displayed on the walls; it kept my 5-year-old entertained while we waited for our food. The meals arrived fairly quickly and were delicious given the price. There are also several TVs showing sports games.
Great place! My girlfriend and I absolutely loved the pizza; it really hit the spot, so we went back the very next day for more. The customer service is excellent, and the staff is quick to assist with anything you need. I definitely recommend it if you're looking for a nice place to eat.
The staff was friendly, but they appeared somewhat reserved. Our food took quite a while to arrive, and whenever we requested a refill, it took at least 10 minutes. The food was okay; I ordered the bottomless fries, but they didn't provide any additional servings after the first.
