We ordered takeout from Red Robin, but when we arrived, one of our cheeseburgers was missing. We explained that we wanted one cheeseburger a certain way and two more the same way. However, the person taking our order seemed confused and said they only heard "two more." It was frustrating trying to clarify. On top of that, one of the burgers we received had the wrong cheese. Because of this experience, we weren’t planning to order takeout again anytime soon.
Follow-up review: We gave it another try last night, and honestly, we absolutely love Justin! He made everything better and fixed all the issues. It’s so wonderful to have such a great, friendly employee to help out. Thank you, Justin!
Ordered to go and and asked for the toppings on the side (so the crispy straws didn?t get mushy and I didn?t want the sauce so in case they didn?t remove it, it would at least not be on the burger. They sent a burger with NO BUN and the only sauce Ididn?t want ON the burger. So not only did the topping I didn?t want actually get on the burger, but I can?t even EAT my foodbecause there?s no bun! Wonderful waste of $60.
My first visit to Red Robin was quite enjoyable. The waitress was very polite and frequently checked in to ensure everything was going well. The seating arrangement felt a bit cramped, and the TVs were positioned a little too high to watch comfortably. Aside from that, it’s a great spot to satisfy your craving for a burger. If there's a wait, the seats near the entrance are comfortable.
I needed a quick meal and chose this place. I ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich online. When I got there, I parked and went inside to find someone. My order wasn’t quite ready, so I waited a little while. Once it was ready, I picked up my food and left. The food was just okay overall. The sandwich was average, but I really liked the steak fries the most.

The place was incredibly crowded because I didn't realize it was Kids' Night. However, they had a craft table set up for the kids with coloring, stamping, and stickers, which turned out to be a lot of fun. We even stopped by Michaels afterward to get some stamps!
The only problem me and my fiance have there this one guy that works there with a red cap on who never uses gloves touching other people's food without gloves is nasty we started to get up and leave the next time it happens we will leave if he has no gloves on
Haven?t been to Red Robin in a while but the food is just as good as I remembered, Whiskey River Bbq Chicken sandwich is my favorite but the fish and chips is a close second! As usual another great lunch at Red Robin today!
I've been dining at Red Robin for over 20 years, and I've never had a bad meal there. The service has always been excellent! I can't wait for my next visit!
