My husband, 22 year old daughter and I came into Red Robin at 7pm on 6/20/23 for dinner. We asked for a table and the hostess said they didn't have a table. I told her we would wait 30 minutes later I asked how much longer we would need to wait (mind you the restaurant was practically empty) and she told me she didn't know. She was so rude and unhelpful. We ended up walking out and drove 15 minutes to the Covington location and had a great experience. If I were the manager I would rethink my choice of hostess. She made a horrible first impression. She couldn't have cared less if we ate there or not. We try to support businesses in Kent, but we're going to scratch this location off of our list.
