Today I went to celebrate my husband and sister birthday. It became really bad after waitress BELLA started taking our order. She started correcting my husband when he said “ Can I have a soda” in her sarcastic way saying what is the magic word “please” every time you asked for something she will reply with her sarcastic way. Then she said if you yelled at me, I will yell back without any reason. She even corrected my daughter when she ordered her hamburger because she asked for ranch saying is a pattern again sarcastic way. After she brought my soda she throw the straw at me. All my family walked out. I don’t need to be treated like that. I hope they do something about waitress BeLla she is...
I had a terrible experience at Red Robin in San Dimas, California, due to the service from a waitress named Bella, who has red hair. She corrected me three times for not saying "please" when I was ordering, which felt unnecessary. When she brought our drinks, she carelessly tossed the straw across the table instead of handing it directly to my wife, and her sarcastic attitude was uncalled for. We ended up leaving because it was just unacceptable. I've never encountered such poor service where someone throws straws across the table. Bella's behavior was truly disappointing.
We come here a lot it’s one of our favorite hamburger places cuz of the never ending fries. They are so good. The only thing is the waiting to get your food can be frustrating and the refills take a while for them to come around. I love to get the sweet potato but for some reason my first order always come a little burnt and dry. Second ones are always better but they do take a while to bring them to you. But their cheeseburgers and really good as well. That’s why we go back.
I was pleasantly surprised by the staff at this restaurant. They really demonstrated great teamwork! The hostess greeted us with a warm welcome, and our server, Julia, was fantastic. I also want to give a shout-out to the kitchen for fulfilling our request for a split Cobb salad. It was delicious and quite substantial. Thank you; I will definitely return!

The restaurant offers a variety of hamburgers, and you can request additional fries whenever you like. The strawberry lemonade is delicious, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
